This is one of the worst companies I ever come across!!!I wanted a sample of shoes for which I was behind them for almost two days with many emails, calls and what’s app messages from here in Muscat.First of all no response from their side, secondly even after following with the sales person Mr. Sami first he says to send the sample he needs two days, then on the second day I called him to remind him to send samples he says that management has disapproved to send the samples so he can’t send!!!Come on man!! When I’m ready to pay for the samples why on earth you guys can’t give samples???!!!Very very pathetic company!!!!If someone from management reading my reviews I want to ask you that me sitting here in Muscat if want to do a purchase of some items and wish to see the samples and even ready to pay for it, how should I go ahead about it???Appreciate your response sir, But your team have not conveyed to you clear picture. It was yesterday 29.10.18 my first call, msgs and mail sent at around 10.30am and after so many follow up call and reminders at 5pm they told me that its late now. I said fine at least tomorrow that is on 30.10.18 send me samples. And when call again on 30.10.18 in the morning to follow up I get a rude response saying that, Our management has disapproved to send any samples so I cant give any sample to you
